We are not alone!
Good Sunday, Friends!
As you see we don't have any members' photos today. All photos are in the public domaine and come from Wikimedia Commons. If you have photos that you think would be interesting for the Pantry, be sure to let me know. I am always interested in featuring YOUR work, both photographically and (of course) poetically.
Sumana's prompt "Wealth" was an interesting one this past week & got a variety of interesting responses. And Rosemary's feature on the Nobel Prize winner Bob Dylan was so very timely. Many of us have known and loved Bob Dylan music. Check back and read the poem/song she shared of his.
Monday Sherry will be featuring a member of the Poets United team on the subject of 'social justice.' I am sure most of you know just who that is. Smiles. Great subject, great interview. Be sure to visit.
Susan's Midweek Motif on Wednesday is "conversation." I can't help but be struck by the fact that poetry itself is conversation, isn't it? We write, someone reads and responds. But aside from that, think about conversation in general in your life. Just so much to think about and explore!
All of us at Poets United, Sherry and Rosemary and Susan and Sumana and I, really appreciate each of you and your participation. Thanks to each of you.
With no further delay, let's share poetry! Link your poem below. Make a comment in the comment section. Visit others who share poetry. Come back and see who else has posted over the next couple days. I will see you on the trail!!

ReplyDeleteHi ho, lovely to see the Pantry being so well-stocked. We are having heavy rains every day. The expected storm hit heavily on the West Coast and elsewhere on the Island, but somehow our Valley was spared. Tail end of a typhoon, it was gnarly in other places.
ReplyDeleteSO glad you were spared.
Deletegood morning... looking forward to the Pantry's delight :)
