Greetings, Friends!  Today we have some photos of the Himalyas taken by Sumana who was away for a few weeks traveling in the Himalyas!  What beautiful views, and I am hoping we will see more.

This past week Sumana had a very apt prompt for Midweek Motif - Path!  We at Poets United really enjoyed seeing what you  wrote.

Friday Rosemary shared some wonderful poems by De, who many of us who have been in the blogosphere for a while know.  Scroll back if you haven't read the article.  De can do wordplay like NO other.

Monday we will be able to read Sherry's update with Marcoantonio, who participates here with us most Sundays.

With no further delay, let's share poetry.  Link your poem below.  Stop into the comments & say hello.  Then visit other people who have posted!

  8. Hello, everyone.

I visited Nepal in 1998, and was enthralled what I saw of the Himalayas. Great to be reminded by these lovely photos.

Of course it is night here, so I won't be reading many poems just now; will be around to see the rest tomorrow (well, my tomorrow).

  13. Good morning, all. Am rather stupefied by fatigue at the moment but I will make the rounds through the morning. Sumana, it must be incredible, seeing the Himalayas for real. They live in a corner of my heart.

  14. Although I'm late to the party, I'm glad to be here, as always. After last week's stunning presidential election in the U.S., I need some good poetry to soothe my soul--and the Poetry Pantry is the place to find it!
