Wow, Sundays come around so quickly, it seems. Today we have the photos of Bjorn Rudberg to enjoy. Bjorn took them a few weeks ago when he was out walking in an area north of Stockholm. Thanks, Bjorn. Beautiful views!
It was another busy week at Poets United. If you haven't read Sherry's article featuring Grace last Monday, do take a look back. Sumana's Midweek Motif prompt on Wednesday was 'commitment' and produced a lot of interesting poetry. Thursday Rosemary shared a timely poem for I Wish I'd Written This -- Gail Hennessey's "Muhammed Ali - i.m." It is a most enjoyable post, so please scroll back.
Tomorrow Sherry has a wonderful interview with a prolific male Californian. Come back and find out who! For Wednesday Susan's prompt is 'wind power, so we hope to see you then.
With no delay, let's share some poetry. Link your poem below. Stop in with a comment. And visit others who share. Have a good poetic week, all.

ReplyDeleteI thought of you when sending my pictures to Mary.

Hope you're having a pleasant Sunday. Nice to to be here again. Beautiful pictures. I really liked #2 and #3.
ReplyDeleteWonderful nature! My favorite - The Carpet Of Wood Anemones - sure much much better than red one... Glad to be at Pantry again. Happy Sun-day everyone!
ReplyDeleteYes, almost swallowed 'thank you' , Bjorn! Bliss...
DeleteI have been super busy! Not doing that much but yet my life's keeping me from writing and reading this week. I promise I will catch up.
ReplyDeleteThese photos are gorgeous and you are lucky to live near such nature Bjorn! I could ride my bike on trails like that and get lost forever! (Or until winter and then die of exposure.) Lol!
I know what you mean about missing spring, I've been thinking that myself when biking the Bay Trail. The flowers, buds and freshness it brings is definitely over with. Although summer is nice it's not the same is it?
I am sharing something I wrote for Toads. Just a little light reading. Lol!
I need to read about Grace now I love getting to know everyone this way. Sherry asks the best questions!
Have a great week, love, Bekkie
I'm a bit late once again but Hoping every one is having a great weekend, It is a great day to remember we have our lives once again. Feeling a bit blue with the news coming out of my former home of Florida. Live and Love while you can.
ReplyDeleteHey everyone...don't know if it's allowed here, I have shared another poem of mine, THE NIGHTINGALE GIRL...a fictional narrative poem. Had been great to get all your feedbacks about my work THE COLLISION shared yesterday.. :) Good day!
ReplyDeleteBjorn, thanks for sharing the photos!
ReplyDeletei would like to take my bike for a spin along those trails. :)
btw, is that a bird house on one of the trees in picture #1? an urbanite like me finds it interesting.
Yes it is indeed a birdhouse.. that is probably part of taking care of the wildlife... it's a small reserve after all.
