Poetry Pantry #339

Photos of Beautiful Sunsets
Calatagan, Batangas, Philippines
by Totomai Martinez

Hi Poet Friends!  We all enjoyed Totomai's photos last week.  Here are some more photos taken in the same area as his last week's photos.  Such beautiful scenes.

Take a look back one post if you haven't  read Rosemary's wonderful article last Friday about poet Jim Harrison in her column written for The Living Dead.  The poem and the poet are not to be missed.

And please DO visit Poets United NEXT Friday because Rosemary has something REALLY special planned for us!!

On Monday Sherry will feature the poems of three poets who post here at Poets United.  We think you will enjoy them.

Next Wednesday Sumana's prompt at Midweek Motif will be Space.

Now with no delay, let's share some poetry.  Link your poem.  And visit the links of others who visit. See you on the trail.  Do have a great week...

  1. Please pardon my dark poem, but right now, my depression is, a 7, on a scale of 0-10, which a "10" means attempting suicide. Haven't felt like this, in several years. Events, in the US, haven't helped me, either, as I can't avoid this charade that being democracy, in action. As for being suicidal, am still, in my passive stage, and have a long way to go, before, the rubber padded room, with accompanying restraining canvas jacket, is fitted onto me.
