Greetings, friends! This week we are featuring more of Marja's photos. Italy this time! Thanks, Marja, for the many photos you have shared with us at Poets United.
I hope everyone read Sherry's interview of Bekkie Sanchez last Monday. Be sure to come back on Monday and read Sherry's update with Panchali.
Last week Susan's wonderful Midweek Motif was Animals; and this coming Wednesday Sumana's Midweek Motif will be Autumn....one of the most colorful seasons of the year & definitely conducive to poetry.
I hope you have read and enjoyed Rosemary's The Living Dead, where she featured a wonderful excerpt from Martin Pippin in the Apple Orchard by Eleanor Farjeon. It was a delightful excerpt and definitely shows the strong connection of prose with poetry.
Now, with no further delay, let's share poetry! Link your poem below, stop in and say hello, and then visit other poets who have linked. Look forward to seeing you on the trail!
What lovely photos, Marja. I especially like those cliff-hugging homes, perched haphazardly on the hillsides. Wow. Thanks for a lovely, full Pantry, everyone, and for hosting, Mary. I am diving in.
