Here are a few more photos of the beach in Tofino, B.C. Hopefully you aren't tired of them. Smiles. If any of you have photos you would like to share in the Pantry, please send them to me by email (wildwoman2@shaw.ca). We hope you all had a productive week of poetry, and are ready to dip into the Pantry for some good reading.
Did you catch Rosemary's feature last Friday? Rosemary always has an interesting poem and poet for us at the end of the week. This past Friday's was very entertaining. This Monday, we are featuring poems by Audrey Howitt and Annell Livingston, and on Wednesday, Sumana's Midweek Motif prompt will be: Change. An appropriate topic for these political times. Looks like a great week for poetry, my friends.
Link your poem with Mr. Linky, say hi in the comments, and do visit some of your fellow poets in the spirit of reciprocity. We are so happy you are spending your Sunday morning with us.

Thank you for another pantry - and never bored of the beach there.. I love how the different colours change the feel of it
ReplyDeleteGood morning - I love the sense of sea...
ReplyDeleteWhat stunning photography! I especially like the last one, "Sunset."
ReplyDeleteI've been up all night dealing with flood waters getting inside the house. So this is a welcome treat.
What area do you live in? What is causing the Flooding? I hope the damage is not too great.
DeleteSouth Alabama. The bottom floor of our house is underground, so when it rains heavily our yard floods, as does some of our house. It's under control at the moment; I just hope we don't get any more rain today. I'm exhausted and already have soooo many towels to wash.
DeleteWow! Love those Tofino photos, Sherry - so evocative of one of the most free spirited, loveliest periods of my life ... buoyantly happy (we slept there overnight a thousand years ago) and awoke to the sound of surf, on the shores of Long Beach. Magical! Thanks for this, Sherry.
ReplyDeleteSleeping right on the beach must have been so wonderful. The first thing I am going to do when I move back is open my window and see if I can hear the Waves!
DeleteThe photos are a wonderful way to welcome us this morning, and every week. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful beaches feed the soul.. Thanks for hosting, Sherry. I am sharing a sonnet I posted last week.
