I am sure you will be very happy to welcome Mary back in June, as you might be tiring of Tofino photos. Smiles. I will bring you something different next week, I promise. Meanwhile, all of Tofino is abloom, and I wanted to show you the Rhodo Hill, in full bloom right now.........truly a sight to see.
Happy Mother's Day, to all the moms out there, and those who love them. May you all have a beautiful day, celebrating the mothers in your lives. I hope some of you receive flowers, as you so deserve!
On Monday, we are featuring one of our newer members, the poet and artist Sreeja, who lives in Mumbai. Do stop by and leave her some words of welcome. On Wednesday, Susan is challenging us with the prompt: bicycles, tricycles and unicycles, which should inspire some interesting and amusing poems. And at the end of the week, Rosemary will intrigue and entertain us once more with her Friday feature. Be sure to scroll back to catch last Friday's feature, if you missed it. It features the inimitable Mama Zen, sharing one of her most spectacular poems. It is not to be missed!
Let's grab our coffee, and jump into this week's Pantry. Link your poem, enjoy the feast of poetry, and do visit other poets, in the spirit of community. Have a wonderful Mother's Day, everyone!

DeleteI love your Tofino pics and would love to gaze on the Ancient Ones - I love trees. Thanks for the warmth that is always offered here.
ReplyDeleteAnna :o]
The old growth forests are amazing, Anna....not much left on the Island and they are still clearcutting as fast as they can, and shipping raw logs away. Insanity.
DeleteLuvving those Tofino pic, especially the trees
ReplyDeleteHappy Mother's Day to Pantry mothers. Do come over and have a taste of my Mother's Day music sample today. Its Trini; its Spicy.

Oh, for Pete's sake! HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY regardless of the species in nature and in our lives we all nurture. Today we remember our source.
DeleteYes, we all nurture. Nice to see you, kiddo.
DeleteHi All, The old Wickaninnish Inn, Now that looks good
ReplyDeleteIt used to be my fave restaurant. Now it is a First Nations information Centre, which is lovely. Long ago, it was an Inn, and there were rustic cabins on the beach.
ReplyDeleteLove those pictures. Thank you. More?
ReplyDeleteNext week I will share something different. But I will soon be posting some beach shots on my blog. Smiles. I kick myself every time I go to the beach without my camera. Every time is different...colours, clouds, sky, colour of the sea, size of the waves. I need to learn to always carry it.
ReplyDeleteTofino pics are wonderful, esp. with a beach one.. I'm trying to return to writing from different angle, using Tarot cards. Hope, you find it interesting.. Happy Mother's Day, friends!
ReplyDeleteSo nice to see you, Humbird! The use of Tarot does sound interesting.
DeleteSuch lovely pictures! Thanks for sharing :))
ReplyDeleteYou are most welcome, and welcome to Poets United!
DeleteI won't be linking today as I'm late and don't have time to read, it's not fair. But I will be back on Wednesday for the write about bicycles. How can I resist? Thank you, Mary! Wonderful photos Sherry I don't get tired of them. Nice feature about our new poetess I just read it. Have a great week!
